If you trace the EUW-Servers 31.186.226.252 and 95.172.70.254 its again going over the USA. I am a Unity Media customer from Germany and this exact problem showed up when they started the ladder reset for season 4. Its going over Servers similar to this 154.54.80.177 causing high ping around 100-400 ms.

Something extremely weird happened in my area (northern NH) around 1.5 months ago, regarding ping. Usually, my friend and I got around 130 ping, and ever since 1.5 months ago, it has been around 90.
